What does the message "ERROR: Could not open the USB serial port" mean? (CoDrone Pro/Lite)

If you receive the error message shown above when trying to run Python code for your CoDrone Pro/Lite, check to make sure that the BLE board is disconnected from the remote (CoDrone Pro only) , the BLE board is blinking red, and the drone is on and nearby. If you need to verify that the USB driver is installed, follow the instructions here.
