Why aren’t my Rokit Smart motors spinning?

If you notice that your Rokit Smart motors are spinning or moving properly, make sure that the motor wires on your Rokit Smart are installed correctly. Please take a look at the image below for the correct Rokit Smart motor wire placement.
In addition, we strongly suggest that you use the included parts when working with the Rokit Smart. Using third party motors or wires may affect the Rokit Smart's ability to run your code effectively!
